Ashlee Turner

Executive Vice President

Ashlee has an educational background in animal science and has been involved in agribusiness for over 15 years. She joined the team in 2015 to launch the medical marijuana program and pioneered the buildout and development of SUMMARY. She loves plants, rock climbing, and her horse Du Pars who lives at the farm.

Joel Diaz

Director of Cultivation

Joel earned a B.S. in Microbiology from CSU Chico in 2011 and has 12 years of growing experience in the marijuana industry. He believes that success is reflected by the strength of one’s team and is excited to share the results of SUMMARY’s hard work.

Maria Thomas

Cultivation Program Facility Manager

Maria has over a decade in commercial cultivation and has managed recreational and medical cannabis facilities in the PNW since 2007. In 2016, she was named as "100 Most Influential Women in Cannabis" by Skunk Magazine. Her gardens and breeding projects have been featured in 4 industry publications.

David

Cultivation Lead

David has been in the cannabis game since the beginning of the medical days. He enjoys the science behind the process of growing cannabis, and all the different challenges and solutions that go along with it.
